Key Takeaways
- Measure your window dimensions twice before ordering to ensure the standard 17.5-inch or 17.7-inch width covers your glass completely.
- Decide between static cling and adhesive backs based on whether you plan to rent your home or own it permanently.
- Check the opacity level in product descriptions to guarantee you get the exact balance of natural light and privacy you need.
- Look for options that include installation tools like a utility knife and smoothing squeegee if you want to avoid buying accessories separately.
- Consider heat control features if your windows receive direct afternoon sunlight and make your rooms uncomfortable.
