Key Takeaways
- Prioritize runtime length because a tightly paced ninety-minute film avoids the sagging middle acts common in modern streaming comedies.
- Check the director's previous work to gauge whether their comedic timing aligns with your personal sense of humor.
- Look closely at the supporting cast since veteran character actors usually elevate standard scripts into memorable laugh-fests.
- Verify the sub-genre blend to ensure you get the right mix of romantic banter, physical slapstick, or dry satire.
- Read audience pacing reviews rather than critic scores to see if the jokes land consistently from start to finish.
