Key Takeaways
- Prioritize a high-density foam core if you suffer from chronic lower back pain and need consistent lumbar support.
- Check the coil gauge thickness on hybrid models because lower millimeter numbers usually mean a firmer and more durable spring system.
- Select a cooling gel infusion layer if you sleep hot and tend to wake up sweating during the middle of the night.
- Measure your bed frame dimensions carefully before ordering to ensure a snug fit for standard sheet sets.
- Review the certification standards like CertiPUR-US to guarantee the foam lacks harmful chemicals and heavy metals.
